I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right in downtown Dallas and close to the light rail system. The rooms are efficiently designed in almost a Japanese style with a bathtub but no TV. The service was exceptional, offering a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining experience with only toasted sandwiches was a bit limited. The facilities were modern and convenient, making my stay comfortable overall.
